At CodeQuery, we strive to deliver high-quality services that meet our clients' expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Project not started: Full refund if the project has not commenced and no work has been delivered.
  • Service not delivered: Refund for services that were paid for but not delivered as agreed.
  • Major quality issues: Partial refund if delivered work significantly deviates from agreed specifications and cannot be rectified.
  • Technical impossibility: Refund if the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen technical limitations.

3. Non-refundable situations

  • Work already completed and delivered as per specifications
  • Changes in client requirements after project completion
  • Client's failure to provide necessary materials or feedback
  • Delays caused by the client
  • Third-party service fees (hosting, domains, APIs, and similar)
  • Custom development work that has been specifically created for the client

4. Refund calculation

When a refund is approved:

  • 0% work completed: Up to 100% refund (minus administrative fees)
  • 1–25% work completed: Up to 75% refund
  • 26–50% work completed: Up to 50% refund
  • 51–75% work completed: Up to 25% refund
  • 76–100% work completed: No refund applicable

5. Refund process

  • Submit a written refund request to contact@codequery.in
  • Include your project details, reason for refund, and supporting documentation
  • Our team will review your request within 5–7 business days
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

6. Dispute resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage open communication to reach a mutually acceptable resolution. We are committed to fair and reasonable dispute resolution.
