FEATURE QUESTIONS

Choose with a clear scope.

Are all these features included in every plan?

No. Availability depends on the SERQ version, subscription plan or white-label agreement. Your proposal should identify the included modules and any additional setup or development.

Can my office create bookings received by phone?

The POS booking workflow provides service selection, customer lookup, scheduling and payment-method selection so the office can enter a service request.

Can I assign jobs manually or automatically?

The inspected panel exposes manual and automatic assignment controls. Eligible providers and the exact routing, acceptance and reassignment rules depend on your configuration.

Does SaaS include my branded customer app?

The base SaaS offering is centred on the admin panel and partner app. Customer app and booking website delivery must be included as an add-on or in the agreed white-label package.

Can SERQ connect to WhatsApp and other tools?

Supported integrations require setup and agreed event mapping. WhatsApp sender, consent, templates and messaging charges apply. IVR, SMS, email and other integrations should be explicitly confirmed for your version.

Can you adapt the workflow for my industry?

Yes, share the required booking, service, approval and billing process. Codequery can identify what is already supported and what needs configuration or custom development.
