CHOOSE YOUR OPERATING MODEL
One lab or a growing network.
Build around your operating model.
Choose how your customers book and how your network delivers. Connect specialist laboratory workflows through an agreed integration scope.
WHERE COORDINATION BREAKS DOWN
A missed detail can become
another call, delay or repeat visit.
Requests scattered across channels
Calls, messages and online enquiries can leave the desk without a complete booking record.
Bring customer, service, address and preferred slot into a shared booking workflow.
Unclear ownership of home visits
Coordinators need to know who accepted the visit and which bookings still need attention.
Use manual or configured automatic assignment, accept/reject alerts and status updates.
Customers repeatedly asking for updates
Unclear confirmations and changing visit plans create more inbound calls.
Configure booking, assignment and service-status notifications through supported channels.
Collection and laboratory handoff are disconnected
The field visit and lab process can sit in separate systems.
Map the visit-to-lab handoff. Sample IDs, custody events and lab-system synchronisation require dedicated scope.
Collections and partner earnings are hard to reconcile
Invoices, pending payments and field-team payouts need a common operational view.
Use the relevant billing, payment-status, commission and payout modules.
Repeat visits require repeated coordination
Follow-up service requests need clear ownership and customer context.
Use customer booking history and planned visits. Complex recurring care schedules can be scoped separately.
THE CONNECTED SERVICE JOURNEY
One request.
A clear sequence of responsibility.
Capture the request
Record the selected service, contact details, location and preferred visit time.
Review & confirm
Your team checks service eligibility and instructions through its established process.
Assign the visit
Share the booking with an approved professional using agreed assignment rules.
Record service progress
Update the visit status and capture the operational records agreed for the service.
Complete the handoff
For lab work, connect collection to the laboratory process through the scoped workflow.
Bill & follow up
Track payment status and provide approved updates or arrange subsequent visits.
EXPLORE THE WORKFLOWS
From collection slot to lab handoff.
From authorised report to customer access.
VISIT STATUS IS NOT A LAB RESULT
Make the handoff visible.
Keep the responsibilities clear.
The collection visit, laboratory receipt and report release are separate events. Define who updates each status and how your systems exchange it.
- Service bookings and field-team assignments
- Agreed identifiers linking visit and lab records
- Separate exception and rescheduling workflows
- Authorised report release and controlled customer access
Sample accessioning, barcode printing, chain-of-custody records, rejection/recollection rules and LIMS integration require explicit specification and validation with your lab team.
ADMIN + CUSTOMER + FIELD PROFESSIONAL
Three connected workspaces.
One organised service experience.
Concept screens with sample data. Final screens, access rules and modules follow your approved scope.
Operations admin
Coordinate bookings, coverage, approved field teams, job progress, billing and partner payouts. Define branch visibility and role permissions for your operation.
Tomorrow · Preferred morning slot
Customer app / website
Let customers request services, manage agreed visit details and receive updates through your branded channels. Report access is a separately scoped workflow.
Collector / partner app
Share operational visit details with approved professionals and capture configured progress updates. Define sensitive fields and access by role during implementation.
Base SaaS includes the admin panel and partner app. Branded customer apps and the booking website are add-ons or part of the agreed white-label package.
WHATSAPP & PUSH UPDATES
Keep people informed.
Keep message content considered.
Configure appointment reminders, assignment updates and service notifications. Use neutral messages that direct customers to the appropriate authenticated channel for sensitive information.
- Booking confirmation and rescheduling updates
- Field-professional assignment alerts
- Visit status and payment updates
- Report-availability events when integrated and authorised
WhatsApp requires consent, approved templates and the applicable sender setup and messaging charges. Push depends on app permissions. Delivery events and content require agreed configuration.
Your requested service visit is scheduled. Open your booking to review the details or contact the team.
Open your partner app to review the authorised booking details and respond.
Sign in through your approved access channel to view the available document. Example for a scoped report integration.
BUILD AROUND YOUR EXISTING SYSTEMS
Connect the service layer.
Keep laboratory workflows clearly defined.
Laboratory integration
Define catalogue mapping, booking IDs, laboratory order creation, receipt events and report-availability synchronisation with your LIMS provider.
Patient and family records
Agree patient identifiers, dependent bookings, authorised representatives and access boundaries before implementing family or shared-account journeys.
Access and data handling
Specify roles, consent records, audit requirements, retention, hosting and secure document access. Confirm implemented controls before launch; no blanket compliance certification is implied.
SERQ is positioned here as a service-operations platform. A LIMS, EMR, hospital-management system, clinical decision engine or emergency-response platform is not assumed to be included.
A CATALOGUE THAT FITS YOUR LAB
Individual tests. Health-check packages.
Clear booking requirements.
Present the services your laboratory offers with approved descriptions, rates and collection options. Your lab remains responsible for test selection, suitability and preparation instructions.
Make the request specific.
Structure your service catalogue so the desk receives a clear request. Define test-code mapping, prescription uploads and test-dependent fields where required.
Explain what is included.
Present lab-approved package contents and pricing. Confirm package-to-test mapping, availability, eligibility and any additional collection charges during implementation.
Match bookings to coverage.
Define home-collection areas, centre appointments and supported time slots. Capacity limits, route optimisation and instrument scheduling require explicit scope.

LAB & DIAGNOSTICS SOFTWARE FAQ
Questions before your workflow demo.
Can I launch an online diagnostic booking platform under my own brand?
Yes. The white-label scope can include branded customer and partner apps, web admin and a booking website. Confirm service catalogues, locations, payment flows and laboratory integrations in the proposal.
Can this support imaging and radiology appointments?
Appointment requests can be scoped for a diagnostics centre. Modality-specific slots, equipment capacity, preparation checks, RIS/PACS connectivity and image delivery are specialist requirements and are not assumed standard features.
Who is this platform designed for?
Diagnostic laboratories, collection centres, home sample-collection agencies and diagnostic aggregators that need to coordinate customer bookings, collectors, visits and billing.
Can SERQ manage home sample-collection bookings?
Service requests, visit scheduling, assignments and partner updates form the operational foundation. Patient identification, sample labelling, lab receipt and exception handling need a defined laboratory workflow.
Is SERQ a complete LIMS or hospital-management system?
Those systems are not assumed in this offering. SERQ manages the service-operation layer; laboratory processing, EMR records and specialist clinical workflows require separate products, integration or agreed development.
Can customers receive lab reports through the app?
Report upload or integration, authorisation, release events and authenticated access can be scoped. Availability notifications should follow the authorised lab-release event, rather than automatic visit completion.
Can I use my own brand on the apps?
Yes. Branded customer and partner apps, admin and booking website can be included according to your white-label proposal. Base SaaS does not automatically include the customer app or website.
Can I manage multiple branches and collection partners?
Multi-location service operations can be discussed against the relevant plan. Branch permissions, partner approval, coverage, assignment and settlement rules must be confirmed for your network.
Can I manage health-check packages and repeat bookings?
Your lab defines package contents, eligibility and instructions. Service catalogues and planned bookings provide the foundation; package-specific test mapping, recurring schedules, memberships and redemption rules require confirmed scope.
Does it support barcodes and sample tracking?
End-to-end sample tracking is a specialist requirement. Barcode generation, accessioning, chain-of-custody, transport events and lab-system integration must be scoped explicitly.
What about privacy, security and healthcare compliance?
Requirements depend on your markets, services and data flows. Define and verify the relevant access, consent, logging, hosting, retention and document controls during implementation. No healthcare compliance certification is claimed on this page.
What should we prepare for the demo?
Share your service catalogue, locations, daily workflow, field-team size, existing lab or clinical systems, booking channels and data-access requirements. Include any report-delivery, family-account or integration needs.
