SELECT YOUR BUSINESS MODEL
One service platform.
Different ways to run your network.
Choose a model to explore the service flow and identify the additional workflows your operation needs.
Manufacturer warranties, service-centre permissions, parts claims and enterprise integrations are custom requirements—not assumed standard SaaS inclusions.
THE GAPS BETWEEN A CALL AND A COMPLETED REPAIR
Keep the details with the job.
Not across scattered conversations.
Give customers, coordinators and field technicians a clearer service experience.
“My appliance is not working” is not a complete job brief.
The technician needs the appliance type, reported issue, address and any relevant history.
Capture customer and service details. Agree brand, model, serial and purchase fields where needed.
Dispatch depends on repeated calls.
The office needs an owner for every booking and visibility into job progress.
Use manual or configured automatic assignment, partner alerts and job-status updates.
Diagnosis changes the original estimate.
Replacement parts and additional labour can make final charges difficult to explain.
Keep quotations, rate-card items and invoices connected. Formal approval and quote-version rules are scoped separately.
A part is used, but the stock record is elsewhere.
Spare-parts allocation and job billing need to stay aligned.
Use inventory and job-related invoicing. Serialised stock, defective returns and OEM parts claims require agreed scope.
Warranty, repeat repair and AMC visits get mixed up.
The coordinator needs to understand why the customer is returning and which terms apply.
Keep service history and AMC records visible. Warranty entitlement checks and repeat-fault rules are configured or developed to specification.
Completed jobs are hard to reconcile with collections.
Cash, online payments, pending balances and partner earnings can sit in different records.
Review invoices, payment status, commissions and payouts through the relevant admin modules.
THE APPLIANCE SERVICE JOURNEY
Request. Diagnose. Repair.
Keep the customer connected.
A shared workflow from the first enquiry to the next maintenance visit.
Capture the request
Record the customer, appliance category, issue and preferred visit slot.
Assign & accept

Inspect & quote
Record service findings and prepare the quotation for parts and labour where required.
Complete the work
Record parts, work notes and photos. Use configured job verification at start and closure.
Invoice & settle
Create the invoice, record payment status and review technician earnings.
Follow up & retain
Keep the customer history and arrange agreed maintenance or return visits.
CUSTOMER & APPLIANCE CONTEXT
The next technician
should not start from zero.
Give the service team the customer’s previous jobs and the notes needed for the visit. For appliance-level history, define the identifiers and data structure during setup.

- Appliance category and agreed brand/model fields
- Previous job notes, photos, quotations and invoices
- AMC details and warranty references where configured
The appliance register shown is a proposed view. Product registration, serial-level history and warranty validation depend on approved configuration or custom development.

APPLIANCE SERVICE OS FAQ

Share a sample booking, repair estimate and after-sales workflow during your demo.
Who is SERQ Appliance Service OS for?
It is a dedicated SERQ offering for appliance repair agencies, home-service aggregators, in-house service businesses and manufacturer after-sales teams. Standard service modules and custom network requirements are agreed separately.
Which appliance categories can we manage?
Configure service categories for appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen appliances and water purifiers. Brand/model fields, diagnosis forms and specialised pricing rules are confirmed during setup.
Can we create an appliance-service aggregator under our own brand?
Yes, a white-label ecosystem can be scoped with customer and partner apps, admin and website. Service areas, partner onboarding, assignment, commissions and customer experience are defined in the package.
Can technicians add spare parts and extra service charges?
Relevant inventory, rate-card and invoicing modules can support job-related items. Stock allocation, approval rules, serialised parts and defective returns should be reviewed for your specific setup.
Does SERQ automatically validate manufacturer warranties?
Automatic validation is not assumed. Product registration, purchase evidence, warranty rules, external verification and claim approvals are scoped for the manufacturer’s process.
Can we manage AMC and repeat repair visits?
AMC and booking modules can organise maintenance and return visits. Contract coverage, no-charge visits, repeat-fault decisions and reminder rules depend on configuration or custom requirements.
Can the system allocate jobs to authorised service centres?
Discuss your centre network, territories, responsibilities and approval process. Multi-company routing, centre-level permissions and settlements require scope review.
Are customer apps included with every subscription?
The core SaaS offer includes the admin panel and partner app. A customer app and branded booking website are separately scoped or included in the agreed white-label package.
Can we connect our ERP or manage depot repairs and RMA?
These are integration and workflow requirements to assess separately. Codequery can define the interfaces, stages, data mapping and handoffs after reviewing your current systems.
Does the software diagnose appliance faults automatically?
This page describes service-business operations, not automated technical diagnosis or remote device control. Any diagnostic integration or specialist workflow needs separate evaluation.
