THE DAILY OPERATIONAL GAPS
Systems are installed.
Service details get scattered.
Give the office and field team a shared record of what was requested, assigned and completed.
Survey notes never reach the installation team.
Equipment lists, site photographs and customer expectations can sit in different chats.
Use shared customer and job records. Scope survey fields, quotation revisions and project-stage approvals for installation work.
A complaint does not identify the right device.
“The camera is offline” does not explain which site, zone or unit needs a visit.
Agree a site-and-device record structure and identifier fields. Detailed device hierarchy, serials and QR workflows are configuration or custom scope.
The coordinator keeps chasing field updates.
The office needs to know who accepted the job and what happened on site.
Use assignments, partner-app updates and work proof. Configure supported notifications for the customer and field team.
AMC visits and renewals slip through the gaps.
One-off repair calls compete with planned maintenance and contract follow-ups.
Keep AMC records, scheduled visits and renewal dates together. Customer-specific coverage and escalation rules are scoped during setup.
Parts, labour and billing do not line up.
A replacement component or additional visit can be recorded separately from the invoice.
Use rate cards, inventory and invoicing modules to record job-related items and payment status.
Reports take time to assemble after each visit.
Notes and photographs arrive separately, making follow-up work harder to explain.
Keep job evidence together. Specialist test forms, report layouts, signatures and approval workflows are agreed as additional scope.

The right update.
At the right moment.
Customers need to know what happens next. Technicians need to know what needs action. Connect booking events to the right notification workflow.
- Customer WhatsApp: booking and service updates through supported templates and integrations.
- Partner push: assigned-job alerts and operational updates in the app.
- Office visibility: a shared booking status instead of repeated follow-up calls.
These are illustrative message flows. Triggers, recipients and reminders must be configured. WhatsApp templates, permissions and provider charges apply; push delivery depends on device settings and connectivity.

SECURITY & FIRE SOFTWARE FAQ
Plan the right workflow
before rollout.
Share a sample job sheet, site structure and AMC process. We’ll identify the standard modules and any custom requirements.
Who is this solution for?
SERQ supports field-service operations for CCTV installers, access-control integrators, alarm contractors and fire-system maintenance agencies. It helps manage the business workflow around service work; specialised technical processes require separate scoping.
Can CCTV and fire-system jobs be managed together?
Use separate service categories and rate cards in a shared workspace. Configure assignments, roles and customer records to match your operation. Detailed system or device hierarchies should be agreed during setup.
Can we manage AMC visits and renewals?
AMC management can organise contract records, planned visits and renewal follow-ups. Service frequency, coverage, exclusions and customer-specific approval rules need to be confirmed for your chosen setup.
Can technicians complete inspection checklists?
The partner app supports assigned jobs, updates and work proof. Specific inspection checklists, measurements, signatures and generated report formats must be reviewed against current capabilities and scoped where additional development is needed.
Can customers request service through our own app?
A branded customer app is part of an agreed white-label scope or a separately scoped add-on. The core SaaS offer includes the admin panel and partner app. Site permissions and device-selection screens are configured or developed to specification.
Does SERQ receive live fire alarms or CCTV footage?
Live alarm ingestion, video streaming, monitoring-centre operations and device control are not included by assumption. Any proposed integration requires a technical scope review. SERQ job notifications are service updates, not emergency alarm delivery.
Does SERQ provide fire-safety certificates or compliance approval?
No automatic certification or regulatory approval is promised. Qualified personnel remain responsible for inspections and sign-off. Required forms, supporting documents and approval steps can be reviewed as part of the custom scope.
Can installation projects include material movements and milestones?
Yes, these requirements can be discussed as custom project workflows. Share your survey, material challan, approval and handover processes so Codequery can define the deliverables and quotation.
Can WhatsApp and push notifications update customers and technicians?
Supported WhatsApp integrations and app notifications can keep users informed about configured service events. Templates, permissions, triggers and provider charges apply. Device connectivity and notification settings affect push delivery.
