THE PROBLEM IS OFTEN THE HANDOFF

A good enquiry should not
disappear between conversations.

Enquiries are scattered

A phone call, a referral and a website request may be recorded in different places.

How SERQ fits

Use a shared lead-management area and define the information your team captures. Source integrations are agreed separately.

Follow-up ownership is unclear

Two people contact the same customer—or both assume the other person will call.

How SERQ fits

Define lead responsibility and next-action rules. Confirm available owner fields, permissions and assignment controls.

The requirement is incomplete

The coordinator receives a name and phone number without the service, location or timing.

How SERQ fits

Agree a standard intake brief so the team can clarify the request before arranging a visit.

“Call me later” stays open-ended

The team has a conversation but no agreed follow-up outcome.

How SERQ fits

Use a consistent follow-up process. Next-action dates, reminders and escalation automation require confirmed configuration.

Sales and operations start over

The customer repeats details when the booking moves to the service desk.

How SERQ fits

Use customer lookup and POS booking to carry agreed requirements into the appointment. Automatic conversion is not assumed.

Every lead looks equally ready

An unanswered enquiry and a confirmed service request need different next actions.

How SERQ fits

Define stage meanings and qualification criteria for your team. Custom pipeline views and scoring need explicit scope.

Follow-up needed

Continue the conversation with context.

Record the outcome of the discussion through your agreed process. A follow-up should help resolve the open question—availability, price, timing or service scope.

A USEFUL BRIEF BEFORE A FOLLOW-UP

Give your team context.
Give the customer continuity.

Define the information that makes the next conversation useful. A clear requirement helps sales and service coordinators work from the same understanding.

  • Customer contact and requested service
  • Service location and preferred timing
  • Source of enquiry, where recorded
  • Discussion outcome and next action
  • Responsible person, where configured

Field availability and shared notes must be confirmed in your lead module. This is a recommended intake structure.

THE BOOKING HANDOFF

Keep sales and service
working from the same brief.

Lead desk

What the customer needs

Capture the requirement, clarify the open questions and agree the service details before handing the request to operations.

  • Customer and requirement
  • Location and timing preference
  • Outcome of the conversation
Booking desk

What the team will deliver

Use POS customer lookup, service selection and scheduling to create the booking, then follow the assignment and service workflow.

  • Customer record and selected service
  • Confirmed appointment details
  • Provider assignment and booking status

A one-click lead conversion, automatic data transfer and quotation-to-booking automation require explicit verification. The workflow can include a manual booking handoff.

FOLLOW-UP COMMUNICATION

Make every message
move the conversation forward.

Use a consistent response process for new requests, pending confirmations and booked visits. Configure supported messages around the customer’s stage.

  • Acknowledge the service enquiry
  • Ask for the missing booking detail
  • Confirm the agreed appointment
  • Continue with service-status updates

Message examples show suggested copy. WhatsApp setup, consent, template approval and charges apply. Automated nurturing, shared inboxes and chat-history sync need separate confirmation.

CONFIGURE AROUND YOUR LEAD PROCESS

Bring your channels.
Define your rules.

Capture sources

Phone, referrals, website forms and ad enquiries can have different entry paths. Confirm manual entry, imports and integrations for each source.

Ownership & follow-ups

Specify who handles a lead, what a stage means and when the next action is due. Assignment, reminders and escalation rules require verification.

Reporting & conversion

Define how you want to measure enquiry volume, follow-up outcomes and booking conversion. Source attribution and sales-funnel dashboards need confirmed scope.

LEAD MANAGEMENT FAQ

Questions before
you set up your enquiry process.

How is lead management different from the wider CRM?

Lead management focuses on enquiries before a confirmed booking: the requirement, follow-up and handoff. The wider customer relationship continues through service history, issues, repeat bookings and maintenance.

Does SERQ include a Lead Management module?

The white-label panel inspected on 6 October 2026 contains a Lead Management module. Confirm its current fields and controls, and whether it is included in your SaaS plan or white-label scope.

Can I assign leads and schedule follow-ups?

Share the ownership, stages and next-action process your team needs. Available assignment controls, reminders and automatic escalations must be confirmed against your version.

Can I connect Meta, Google or website leads?

Source integrations are not assumed. Define the source, fields, duplicate handling and assignment requirements so Codequery can confirm the appropriate integration.

Can I convert a lead directly into a booking?

POS provides customer lookup, service selection and scheduling. A direct conversion action or automatic transfer from a lead record requires verification; a manual handoff may be used.

Does it send automatic WhatsApp follow-up sequences?

Supported notifications and broadcasting do not automatically include lead-nurturing sequences. Confirm the triggers, channels and integrations required, along with consent, templates and messaging charges.

Can I track conversion by salesperson or source?

Define the reports and attribution rules you need. Dedicated lead-conversion, source and salesperson reporting must be confirmed in the selected implementation.

Can I try the lead-management feature before choosing a plan?

Use the SaaS signup flow to review trial access and terms, or book a guided demo. Confirm that the specific lead-management workflow you need is available in the trial or demo version.

FROM INTEREST TO SCHEDULED WORK

Give the next enquiry
a clear path forward.

Show us how your team captures, follows up and books service requests. We’ll map the right lead-management workflow.

From service management to analytics

The operations path runs in this order. Each step opens the feature that handles it.

  1. Step 1

Service management for catalogs, job types, and pricing

Define the services a customer can book and what each job includes.

  2. Step 2

Bookings from the admin panel, POS, and customer forms

Create, assign, and follow every job from the first request.

  3. Step 3

Dispatch and live tracking for jobs on the way

Send the job out and show GPS, ETA, and arrival to the customer.

  4. Step 4

Provider management for field teams and assignments

Onboard providers, set the services they can take, and assign work.

  5. Step 5

AMC contracts and scheduled repeat visits

Keep annual contracts and the visits that belong to them on the calendar.

  6. Step 6

    Payouts, commissions, and provider wallets

Release commission and salary after the job is done.

  7. Step 7

Analytics for revenue, jobs, and team performance

See which services, cities, and providers are carrying the work.
